add options to output aggregated and/or separated heatmaps to files in one go

After cloning the repository, or extracting the source tarball, simply execute make to build the software. Optionally, before calling make, you can execute ./configure with your favorite settings. By default, make will execute ./configure --release You will find the repoheat binary in the build directory. Execute ./repoheat -h to show the usage information.
